Communication
Listening carefully, asking the right questions and trying to understand the other person – that’s what communication is all about.
Communicating well takes practice. In our individual and group coaching sessions, you will learn what makes for successful communication and how to cope with difficult conversations. You will reflect on your own communication style and learn tried and tested techniques to be able to talk to each other constructively and cooperatively.
Mediation
Mediation helps to build bridges. The aim of mediation is to resolve conflicts fairly and amicably and to enable the parties involved to resume their activities.
Mediation is a confidential and structured process led by an impartial third party.
Our offer includes assisting individuals, families or communities of heirs who are confronted with complex conflicts in which emotions and factual issues are closely intertwined.
Governance
Corporate governance refers to all the rules, procedures or laws according to which a company is managed or operated. An entrepreneurial family defines its values, structures and goals based on these rules of the game and thereby creates transparency for future decisions. A governance workshop aims to develop a common direction, discuss the roles of the individual family members and define rules for working together, to find and fix smart decisionmaking processes for a prosperous future.
Each family must shape its own path. We are there to guide and support you through this process.
Supervision
Supervision is an effective method for reflecting on different situations. On the one hand, supervision – either individually or in a group – helps to prepare for an upcoming event: blind spots can be avoided and different approaches to solutions can be elaborated. On the other hand, it allows one to think critically about a situation. Risks can be reduced for longterm decisions that have to be made. Both approaches help to deal with personal issues or challenging situations.
In mediation, supervision is an important instrument for ensuring the quality of a mediation process.
