Supervision is an effective method for reflecting on different situations. On the one hand, supervision – either individually or in a group – helps to prepare for an upcoming event: blind spots can be avoided and different approaches to solutions can be elaborated. On the other hand, it allows one to think critically about a situation. Risks can be reduced for longterm decisions that have to be made. Both approaches help to deal with personal issues or challenging situations.
