What can you expect at a Kickoff meeting?
- We get to know each other. You on your own, with your family, the management or the members of the Board of Directors. Who will take part in the workshop is for you to decide.
- Together we create an overview of the issues that concern you.
- We define the specifics of the process together.
- I prepare a summary of the upcoming issues, milestones and the precise course of action.
- You receive a detailed offer and can decide whether you want to accept our support.
