“We have been advising family businesses impartially and with dedication for more than 25 years.”
We advise entrepreneurial families to help them find the best solution for the succession of their family business. Since the company was founded in 1996, we have had the pleasure of guiding some 300 family businesses through this demanding process. We have an extensive network of varied experts at our disposal, who we consult in a focused manner when practical questions arise. Familienunternehmen.ch was founded by Franziska Müller Tiberini, an economist, mediator and member of the board of directors of various companies.
Our experts are well-versed in the issues surrounding succession, business management and communication and specialise in researching and advising family businesses.
We work with a broad network of experts in specialist areas such as legal matters, management issues and leadership models of family businesses.
How we work
We support family businesses across a wide range of sectors, meaning we encounter a wide variety of starting points from artisan businesses to large global companies.

“With many thanks for your positive approach – and your excellent coaching.”
“I would like to thank Franziska for her insightful, competent and constructive leadership. You won us over, and by us I can safely include my two colleagues on the Board of Directors.”

“Thank your for putting this together for us. It has been very helpful. The workshop has done me and, I think, the others too a lot of good. The topics weren’t what I expected, but in the end I realised they were actually the most important emotionally. Great.”
