Franziska Müller Tiberini

In addition to communication, mediation and conflict management, Franziska Müller Tiberini specialises in developing teams, advising boards of directors, looking after shareholder groups in family businesses and supporting family offices.

The business economist studied management at the Harvard Business School in Boston, US, among other things, and expanded her expertise in communication, conflict management and Marshall Rosenberg coaching, as well as in mediation and supervision.

Franziska Müller Tiberini worked in her own family-run business for 15 years, most recently as CEO and member of the Board of Directors. She is familiar with the particular challenges of family-run businesses through her first-hand experience.

Dr Markus Plate (MBA Psych.) has been working with family businesses for 15 years. As a researcher at the Centre for Family Entrepreneurship and Ownership (CeFEO) at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden, he focuses on the issues of identity, relationships and emotions of family owners in relation to succession and to shareholder structures.

As a coach, process consultant and co-mediator, he assists families and individuals with developing a family strategy and a family culture with respect to communication, conflicts and a shared identity.
